Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our truck-mounted hot water extraction method removes deep-seated dirt and allergens using 230F water, 400psi pressure, and industrial suction. This eight-step process includes pre-inspection, high-filtration vacuuming, pre-spraying, rotary agitation, acid rinsing, and pile raking. Carpets dry in 2-4 hours while maintaining fibre integrity and manufacturer warranties.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
High-pressure (1500psi) steam cleaning with SX-12 tile spinners eliminates grout pore contaminants. The six-stage process includes pH-balanced cleaning, manual grout scrubbing, and sealing options to extend surface life. Restores ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and vinyl floors to near-original condition while improving indoor air quality.
Upholstery Cleaning
Steam cleaning, dry solvent, and foam methods safely clean delicate fabrics like microfibre, leather, and wool. The five-step system features colour-fastness testing, horsehair brush agitation, and Drymaster rapid-drying technology. Eliminates body oils, dust mites, and allergens while preserving fabric texture and appearance.
Pet Odour Removal
Blacklight-guided urine mapping identifies crystalline deposits in carpets and padding. Treatment options range from enzymatic cleaners for surface stains to padding replacement for severe contamination. Combines deep extraction, antimicrobial treatments, and concrete base decontamination to permanently eliminate ammonia odours and bacterial growth.
Stain Removal
Specialised chemical treatments target specific stains including wine, blood, paint, and wax. Pre-treatment analysis determines stain type before applying pH-adjusted solutions. Achieves 80%+ removal rate through controlled dwell times and extraction, with permanent stain disclosure provided prior to service commencement.

We are pleased with Cales service. We had a very poor experience with another company which left our lounge with stains. Cale exceeded our expectations and left it looking brand new. We will only use CJG going forward and highly recommend their service.

Absolutly Brilliant service provided by Cale for the very short notice that I gave him. No hesitation from Cale to jump straight into 6 large rooms and 1 massive lounge room in a pretty bad state. I'm 100% satisfied on the professional service provided and quality of work. Worth every cent of a very comfortable and fair price. Thanks very much! I definitely recomend Cale and will use again for sure!

This is the 2nd time I have used CJG Cleaning Services and i wouldnt use anyone else ever again. I had doorway soil which a previous cleaner said was wear and tear.and couldn't be removed. When I employed CJG the doorway came up beautifully with NO stains. I couldnt believe it. The carpet I thought needed to be replaced lives on. I would gladly recommend CJG to anyone. Maybe a little more expensive but definitely worth it. He knows his business and is the best.
