I have never had any kind of hair extensions in the past and was skeptical due to having already super thick hair. I was unhappy with the length and how it doesn't hold a style. Rachel was super honest with what I needed and didn't try to upsell me more hair than I needed (which she could have as I was clueless!!!) 4 months in and I couldn't imagine not having my weft in. It's so seamless and I literally don't have to do ANYTHING with it, the hair is the perfect match and blends amazing. People always tell me your hair looks f'ing amazing not do you have extensions in

Rachel is absolutely amazing! From start to finish she could not be more helpful and friendly as well as being an expert in what she does, she is always able to answer any questions I have. Her technique is excellent and hair quality fantastic. I have been going to Rachel for almost a year now since moving to Sydney and I really wouldnt go anywhere else! I cant wait for my next visit
