We're conveniently located on Main Road, Glenorchy, just a short drive north from Hobart. Use our Google map for directions.
Do I need an appointment?
Regular consultations require appointments, but we accommodate ocular emergencies on the same day. Book online via HotDocs or contact us directly for dry eye/IPL appointments.
How long should I allow for an appointment?
Initial consultations require 45 minutes, reviews take 20-30 minutes. Dry eye evaluations and diabetic exams need 60-90 minutes for comprehensive assessment.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring referral letters, medication lists, and current eyewear prescriptions. New patients should bring existing glasses or contact lenses for accurate assessment.
Do you offer bulk billing?
Yes, for concession card holders, DVA cardholders, and Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander patients. Private fees apply otherwise, with Medicare rebates available.

Martins care and IPL treatments for my chronic dry eye has improved my quality of live immensely. I cannot express my gratitude enough for his diligent care and professionalism. Martin from day 1 was EXTREMELY thorough with the extensive eye testing he performed on me. I was REALLY impressed with his dedication and commitment to helping me. He even showed me videos of the meibomian eye glands which have been so distressing to me over the past 6 years ; this helped me understand the condition better. He recommended Blephasteam treatment , something I had NEVER been told about before. The results have been incredible giving me hope where I had lost all hope
