Elm Cottage - set on a backdrop of unique Australian plant and wildlife, and of course, the sublime landscape that is the Snowy Mountains - is the ultimate holiday experience for the entire family.

4 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms upstairs- easily configured, with two large king beds that can be separated to provide for 4 single king beds, other 2 bedrooms downstairs with external access have queen size beds with a private ensuite. To secure a booking on one of our cottages, we requires a 50% deposit.

Large private covered balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting provide 180 degree vistas of the river and natural surrounds. Red Gum is ideal for that special occasion. It also has the perfect configuration for Seniors as it offers the best of both worlds with the choice of king singles or a magnificent king ensemble that guarantees an uninterrupted sleep.

A protected verandah shaded by two Avocado trees and Macadamia tree overlooking the gardens and river. River's Edge rustic cottage was built in 1905 and is just 18 metres from the river's edge. It is in a very private setting with magnificent 100 year old English Elm trees surrounding the cottage along with beautiful established gardens.

We are indeed fortunate to have the Goobarragandra River flowing through Elm Cottage and especially in the summer the river allows for a host of activities for all ages. Swimming in the crystal fresh water, kayaking, tubing, fishing, or just splashing around from dawn to dusk are just some of the ways the river provides to entertain you and your family and friends.
