I have been looking for a soft latex pillow to replace my previous one purchased over six years ago, but no longer produced. In the past year I have spent quite a sum of money and purchased six different types of pillows, all without success. Finally I happened upon this website and saw that they had two pillows. A low soft contour pillow, which was what I was looking for and another conventional one. After phoning Brett, he explained the density of the latex and doing a lot of research I ordered my seventh pillow. I was a little concerned because I then read on a couple of sites about latex that

After weeks of visiting local stores in Sydney, we could not find a place that sells natural latex mattresses at an affordable price. My hard work researching natural latex retailers finally paid off when I came across Dawn latex mattresses, and decided to give Brett a call. He took his time to discuss my needs and has a wealth of knowledge. He was able to recommend me the perfect firmness based on a series of questions. Our Mattress took 7 days to arrive and was well packaged. The tencel cover is high quality made and very comfortable with the bed sheets on top. The mattress is an absolute

I spent a number of months researching not only the benefits of a latex mattress but also scrutinising the immense variability in latex quality and certification. The advice, expertise and "good old fashioned" customer service offered by Brett sold me instantly. No pressure, just genuine advice, patience and the confidence of being in business for over 30 years. Now after three months of owning a Dawn Latex Mattress, our sleep quality is unprecedented - every dollar was well spent. I look at it as an investment in my health and wellbeing - and with a 20 year guarantee, that investment keeps on

After hours of research into our next mattress purchase, it became quite overwhelming trying to discern the validity of many of the claims made by the many mattress suppliers. However after coming across Brett at Dawn Latex Mattresses, I felt completely reassured by his genuine and trustworthy personality. Knowing the Australian owned company had been in business for 35 years also inspired confidence in this product. Without being able to test the mattress as we live in North Queensland, I decided to purchase without ever having seen a latex mattress. After the first night and 1 month on
