Osborne Park store open on weekends including Sunday, great service and advice provided by Hayden, wide range of products at competitive prices and excellent follow through. One plastic cushion was missing from the dumbbell rack box. I e-mailed Jessica who followed it up promptly and we received the replacement with a spare within a week by post.

I visited their store earlier this week in hopes to find good prices and good customer service. Well I was let down from the moment I entered the store. One of the workers saw us walk in and continued to look at his phone while the other just stood there and stared at us until we started trying the equipment we were interested in. He talked us through very breifly about the products but seemed pretty disinterested and talked very softly. He wasnt giving much of a discount and most of the equipment was a bit more pricey compared to other retailers. Might check out Orbit's other stores but definitley

They are a RIP OFF. Bad business and bad costumer service. Also their prices ARE HIGHER than others. They won't return and refund me for something I bought for 20 min because after I paid they suggested to me to go the store near them to see if they have better options and before I leave I asked the guy if I can get refund he said yes and when I came back they said we didn't say that! (It feel unsafe and faulty using it so I wanted to return it and refund). There is a store next to them has better prices and at least better costumer service and knows how to run a business.

Stuck in ISO on Hay St, I was riding the Orbit Spin bike around 3 hrs after ordering. The bike was easy to put together and is very sturdy. Thank you Amelia for the great service, now ISO is bearable.
