3 out of 5 sessions were double booked or there was confusion as to whether it was a phone or in office session. I had recieved text reminders to confirm time and dates. Clearly needs a secretary. Unprofessional.

I have been going here for about 4 years and from day one was treated with great professionalism. It is great having someone that can help u get back on track with life. Although I am have a few medical issues still going on It's a relief to have someone to tell your frustration to. Sure appointments sometimes get dbl booked or your appointment have to be changed to another time but that is understandable , it is apart of life no use getting your knickers in a knot.I would recommend One Psych Psychologist to anyone who wants to get there life back on track ,but r finding life a bit hard. Not a very friendly attitude towards a reasonable question, seemed hostile and would expect better from a person practicing in this profession. Could it be I wasn't a potential cash source/customer?
