Can you fill my repeat prescription?
Yes, we can fill repeat prescriptions but require the original prescription to be provided due to legal requirements.
How long will it take to receive my medication?
Orders take 4-5 business days to dispatch, with delivery taking an additional 2-3 business days to your nominated address.
Are you open over the weekend?
Our Balwyn North store is open Saturday 9am-2pm. East Melbourne and Pascoe Vale South locations are closed weekends.
Can I fax my prescription?
We accept faxed prescriptions for quoting purposes but require the original prescription for legal compliance.
Do you offer veterinary medications?
Yes, we create customised veterinary medications for conditions including thyroid disease, eye infections, and anxiety in pets.

Went there to get a compound script, very approachable so I asked the lady working there about what was in it and she gave me a great rundown of how its made and what's inside. Great service and extremely helpful, definitely coming back again (hopefully not because if I'm sick though haha).

Fantastic service. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and I was able to get what I need. There arent many of these pharmacies offering compounding services around, so it was nice to have one so close by.

The pharmacist was kind enough to do a a very last minute request for me. Amazing service and professionalism, best compounding pharmacy I've been to. The staff there were also very knowledgeable and welcoming, would definitely come back again

Great compounding pharmacy with lovely knowledgeable staff. Compounded medication is never cheap, so make sure to ask for an official receipt for private health insurance.
