Qualifications: Dip Remedial Massage, Dip Sports Therapy, Dip of Proficiency Bowen Therapy. I moved to Bendigo in 1999 to study the Diploma of Remedial Massage. Whilst studying, he worked fulltime at a spa resort in Hepburn for 18 months, then a further 18 months part time to focus on building his own practice in Bendigo.

My focus has always been providing a high level of knowledge and skill to identify muscle dysfunction that causes pain and restriction. Qualifications: Dip Remedial Massage Therapy, Dip Beauty Therapy, Certificates in Hydra-dermabrasion, IPL/SHR and LED. The part of my job I love most is seeing regular clients that are in for preventing problems and for maintaining a healthy, functional lifestyle.

The Spa

Then in 2006 they changed the business name to Refresh Day Spa and Remedial Clinic. Then in 2010 they moved from Wills Street to 90 Garsed Street, progressing to the well-known Refresh Day Spa. We (Simon and Tracy) met at Hepburn Springs Spa Resort and after a year of working together decided to go into business, get married and start a family.

Appointments greater than 1 hour will require credit card details or a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. We ask that you arrive 5 min prior to your appointment time. This allows time to relax prior to your treatment and to ensure you receive your full treatment time. New clients will also need to fill in a client card which will take a few minutes.
