Chemical Pre-treatment

Peak Powdercoating has in-built chemical cleaning and pre-treatment facilities on our state-of-the art conveyor line. We partner with BASF Chemetall who support us with market leading chemicals and ongoing calibration and maintenance. This is a critical step in preparing projects to accept powder coated finishes.
Conveyor line for volume runs

Peak Powdercoating is able to complete large volume runs on our 160 metre long conveyor line, ensuring an efficient turnaround time at a highly competitive price. All steps, including loading, spray pre-treatment, initial drying, application of powder, baking and unloading/packing are completed utilising our conveyor line.
Batch Booth for oversize & heavy items

Peak Powdercoating has a large standalone Batch Booth and Oven. This facility allows us to safely suspend and powdercoat oversize and extremely heavy items weighing up to 1 metric tonne. It's perfect for large structural steel projects, oversize gates/louvre panels or even complex fabricated parts that require significant time and focus to properly powdercoat all welds and faces.
Bespoke packing to protect your project

Peak Powdercoating takes pride in protecting and safely securing your powdercoated items. We are very experienced in packing awkward and unique fabricated items and can also prepare your goods for immediate shipment to your customer. This can dramatically increase your production efficiency and avoid double handling to further minimise the risk of damage.
