Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The shower door in my brand new house (house completed 7 months ago) has come off the frame, making the shower unusable. 2 weeks before they can fit me in to come out and repair the shower door/frame. The so called customer service from the first call was incredibly poor, the two girls I spoke to were really rude. The technician calls to confirm the appointment the day prior, I took time off work to be there, only for him to call 10 minutes before he was supposed to arrive saying that he had a family issue and couldn't

Poor workmanship and poor attitude from all levels of the organisation. If you want wardrobes that are slapped together quickly and last around 12 months, use these guys. Our builder used this company for wardrobes, and we had them come out and 'rectify' issues after 12 months. Workers didn't want to be there, did some caulking and made comments like "this'll hold, should be right, just call us again if it doesn't," etc. When the hanging rails and brackets inevitably gave way under minimal weight due to poor installation, company didn't want to know about it as it was now out of 12 month window

Terrible company, awful workmanship!! Unfortunately, they were responsible for the kitchen splash back, shelves and shower screens in our brand new house as our builder works with them. All of these have different problems and they dont even attempt to fix them. They just come and inspect and report to the builder that the job has been completed!!!

From the very first contact (with Michael) through to the final payment I cannot fault this company. Our wardrobe doors and shower screens were measured, quoted, installed and altered perfectly and efficiently. I was hesitant to use this company after reading other reviews but have been more than pleasantly surprised. I can't recommend this company more highly.
