After leaving another mechanic's workshop without answers, I came to CQ to see if they could figure things out for me. Within a few minutes, the owner and another mechanic had identified the issue and rectified it. I was really amazed at their expertise!! These days I feel like it's hard to find an honest and "good" mechanic, so I'm stoked that I found these guys!!!! Thanks a lot!!

Carlton is a great operator, he the electrical issue on my Mitsubishi which was found to be an issue with the key. The key was replaced with a spare made at a fraction of a cost a dealer would charge. Highly recommend and thanks again for getting me back on the road so quickly.

Great place for multicultural communities in Richmond. Cheap, efficient and goes beyond & above serving customers.
Carlton (not sure if i am pronouncing the owner's name right), is the most honest, open and compassionate mechanic i have dealt with. He listened when i was frustrated, and did the right thing.
