I wanted to treat myself as I've just gotten a new job and wanted to boost my confidence. I booked an appointment but was barked at when I came in for it.
Walked in and two people started talking to me at once, kept yelling questions and I did my best to answer. Was very humiliating. I was sent to the polish area and all the colours were out of order and dusty so I left.
Zero customer service very disappointing:( :(

Regularly get my nails done here. They always do a wonderful job. Ive been to a few salons in Perth and my nails definitely last the longest from here. (I get SNS)

The young lady that did my nails was very nice, took pride in her work even though the shop was busy. The shop could have done with a bit of a sweep before opening their doors. But other then that, I would definitely go back again #HappydaysOTG
