I have always had a love for food and have been working in kitchens throughout Australia and across the world since the age of 15. My passion is cooking good quality food for everyone to enjoy. I started working at The Pantry as head chef in 2012. From my very first shift in this quirky Adelaide cafe I felt at home and knew I had found something special.
