Not much Personality. Just called to enquire about getting a barn style garage door and was told they don't provide a service for those living 'out west'. I am so sick of people treating Parramatta like it's the end of the earth. I just wanted to buy a door and have it installed by our professional builders. Your business is about 25kms from us and we were willing to pick it up. I guess some businesses are not affected by COVID. One star because I couldn't select no star

I have always found this company absolutely fantastic. The support after they have installed your garage is amazing even years later (I keep driving into the garage doors). Thoroughly recommend these guys, wonderful service and fantastic quality doors.

Belligerent and rude. These people kept no record of the installation they had done (poorly) several years ago. When I needed service, the old woman on reception was plain rude. Try anywhere else.

I am a business person and I agree the receptionist is rude as I too have experienced the same from them.....................rudeness. They are too willing to take your job on and fail to give you after sales service. I am waiting for nearly six months for them to refit and cut down one of my two garage doors they promised to do. They took on the job when we fitted two doors a year ago. We had issues with council and had to alter the size.
