My first encounter with Himark (Replacing a broken touch screen) was a disappointment with a serious, but intermittent, problem. When I did have time to take it back, a few months later, they put in considerable effort to find the cause and then replaced the replacement screen to provide a permanent fix. Thanks for your efforts and the resolution.
