Great service, I had an issue on Thursday and managed to fit me into his schedule but the Monday afternoon. Contacted me to confirm the appointment by text the same day between 2 and 3 pm. He was running late and contacted me by phone call to say he was 15 - 20 minutes away.
He came fixed the issue with
In 15 minutes and set my PVR and DVD player to the TV while he was here.
Boots off at the door and had a drop sheet to save dirt on the carpet

Chris did a complex installation for me in a newly built apartment. I'm very happy with the work and options we worked through once it was determined it wasn't an easy job. Also happy that we had the conversation at the start rather than after an hour or so of work had been done!
