I bought my fiancs engagement ring here and it was hands down the best jewelry buying experience Ive ever had. Evan took the time to understand her tastes and educated me about selecting diamonds. He translated what I wanted to do and added his own expertise and in the end he created an incredible ring that gets compliments every time she wears it. Along with my fiance, I worked with Evan to design and produce a custom engagement ring. I had the original diamond, and the vision was to add a hexagonal halo and a custom, accented band. Evan made our complicated vision come to life remotely through great coordination. We live in Florida, so everything was done via emails, phone calls, and videos. Still, the process was seamless, even through the pandemic (and the addition of a new deJonghe)! The ring itself is stunning. I came into deJonghe with only a vague idea of the engagement ring that I wanted to buy, and very little else. However, Evan, Dennis, and the rest of the staff were so incredibly helpful in guiding me through this difficult and sometimes stressful process. They were so knowledgeable and friendly, and created the perfect ring for my fiancee. I also requested a quick turnaround on completing the ring, as I had a deadline for when i needed it by, and they simply said 'no worries, we'll get it done'. And that is exactly what they did, no questions asked. I could not give deJonghe a higher recommendation

You need not look for another jeweler. The DeJonghe family operates the best there is. Customer service like you are a member of the family. Artistry and sense of design that is unique, timeless, beautiful. Care and quality in everything that they do. We worked with Dennis to design my engagement and wedding band and through our discussions and his educating the two of us, not only brought our idea and dream to life but made it better. I have been a customer since Dennis first opened on Caroline Street. He and his family make me feel welcome and right at home every time I come in the store. Dennis designed a ring for me in the early 90's that i NEVER take off and always get complimented on. You MUST stop in to see all the beautiful creations. You will feel right at home too.
