Experience from the staff at this real estate was rude & unprofessional. Ballina is a very friendly place & we loved talking to the locals. Our stay at the property we rented for over $3500 - 4 nights was very special & all our family loved our time together after being apart for 12 months. Would have been helpful though if we were forewarned about noisy roof construction going on next door. After calling the agent with no response & emailing / texting, several hours later the noise stopped.We didnt hear anything from real estate but were glad the noise had stopped.
