Staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. Showroom has a wide range, with a wide variety of rugs to choose from in a nicely laid out setting that allows you to appreciate what you're looking at without feeling cramped. Would highly recommend if you're on the look out for a quality rug.

Had such a lovely experience with Luke at Jenny Jones rugs in Richmond. Fell in love with the lace design in pink and have now built my whole new living room look around it. Very happy with the fabulous rug and the care and attention from Luke at the Richmond shop to ensure I had all the necessary information about it and how to look after it. I have wanted a Jenny Jones rug for a long time after spending 10 years in Perth and lusting after these beautiful works of art I now have one in my home

Recently purchased a beautiful rug from Jenny Jones Rugs in Richmond. Thanks to Luke and others for their fantastic service, they even bought three rugs to my home and left them for a few days so I had time to make my decision. You can also drive in off Church St and park right in front of the store. It's a big investment and I'm so happy I had time to think my decision through. I'd highly recommend Jenny Jones if you are thinking about a fantastic rug.
