We were after a quote to put in an extra battery in a car and after 5 phone calls and a visit they still haven’t contacted us with a quote or even a call back. Bad customer service😤

We are travelling with a van. We had trouble with our rear camera. We called into Hot Wired Toowoomba and an auto electrician looked at our problem immediately and worked on it. We were extremely grateful for his assistance. During the last six weeks we have travelled with four other vans and have sought assistance at various towns in Queensland and have not been able to get any help. Thank you Hot Wired.

Took my car here for electrical repair. Staff are friendly, helpful and easy to talk with and very polite. Comfortable waiting area . Cost of repairs was cheaper than expected. I would go here again and recommend to anyone

Went to have a battery discharge problem was present whilst job was done the young repair man said the charging unit was faulty and the voltage regulator was faulty and needed replacement i was was he sure and he said it was not working it was replaced the voltage discharge problem was fixed in two minutes by a senior electrician on payment of the account i viewed my concerns the regulator requiring replacement on returning home i refitted the old unit and it was in working i removed the new unit to return on checking the regulator the electrician had not secured the regulator it was just poked

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service I have received from Hot Wired Electrical since first putting my car in last Wednesday. I originally put my car in due to an issue with my headlight and fog light not working properly. After sitting and waiting for 3 hours and $150 later only half the job is complete. My fog lights are fixed but when I asking about my headlight I was told "there's nothing wrong with it". I was told extensive tests were done to prove theheadlight was in perfect working order. I understand if you cannot find a fault you cannot fix a fault however, after inspecting

Had my vehicle for 3 days. Gave me a pathetic excuse for doing nothing but 2.5 hours work then informing me they couldnt do other stuff quoted till my battery drain was sorted..
Rang Forbes batteries and had the car in problem fixed and got my dc dc dual battery system, charger and solar system all done in less than 3 days. Not only did I save well over a $1,000 but they were proffessional and thorough.
