To be honest I've never taken my dogs here and never would have a look at the review they speak for them self and owner seems very argumentive and rude hope she has heard the policy customer is always right just my opinion

I've taken my dog here a few times, each time my dog gets more frightened of this place, he freaks out and sooks before even walking in the door, made me wonder about the treatment my dog was recieveing behind closed doors and what could be making him so scared as he is never like that with anyone or any place we go, so I came to read some reviews and I am disgusted by the way these people are mistreating animals, makes me angry to think of what they could have done to my dog, he is acting very reserved and scared since his recent visit!! And not to mention they have bumped the prices up significantly

Last week my 3yo GSD and I had a terrible, albeit brief, experience at this well known groomer. My instincts were to leave as soon as I got there as one of the staff placed a slip lead around her neck and proceeded to drag my girl out of the foyer to the point where my dog was struggling to breathe. The staff member also tried to shove a treat in her face at this point, to which she of course had no interest taking as she was struggling to breathe. I had to intervene and picked her up to release the tension on the lead but the slip was on upside-down and would not release by itself. I had to put

Really happy with our first trip to the groomers. Reasonably priced and a job well done. Friendly staff who appeared very gentle and patient with our 10-month-old schnoodle. Will be return customers.
