Small Lots

If your property is a 'small lot' then there may be a lot of requirements that you will need to adhere to in order to comply with the planning scheme. In most instances, you can avoid an approval if you are well informed of the rules and regulations prior to beginning your development. That's where we come in.
Character houses

The majority of town planning development applications in Brisbane City Council revolve around the extension, alteration or demolition of a building built in 1946 or earlier in a Traditional Building Character overlay (i.e. a character house). We can assist in assessing what the values these buildings have to Council and what you can/cannot do to them.
