Phoned at 7:00 PM seeking urgent advice (my father had just suffered a cerebral aneurysm and wasnt expected to survive the night). In my opinion, the man who answered the phone sounded as if he had been drinking heavily. He gave new meaning to rude, uncaring, and sarcastic. Who would have thought it was possible to feel worse than I did before I made that call? After asking to speak to the owner, I very quickly realised this is a corporate owned funeral home. Avoid like the plague.

The care and commitment shown by the staff for my mother's funeral in May 2021 was beyond my expectations. Dimitri was always ready to answer my questions and assist in any way he could. Recently I had to follow up on some details regarding my father's death (1999) and the staff were again, prepared to go above and beyond to try to help me.

We had the misfortune of needing to use MH O'Rourke services in mid July 2021. From the start, there was a lot of mismanagement with their paperwork and an untrained approach to meeting with my family members. Other than one highly competent female member of staff, our family and large network of friends would not recommend this funeral company. The office space is dingy and gloomy and the staff managed to make such a monumental clerical error which resulted in the wrong burial plot to be dug on the day of my mothers funeral. Even the flowers on the day of her service were not fresh. Take your
