The rudest staff here I've ever encountered. One of the staff refuses to even look at u during the transaction it's like they r doing u a service by u paying their wages.

Fantastic coffee beans and even better customer service. I accidentally duplicated my monthly bean order. Adam from Darks called me the next business day to let me know of the duplicate order and offer a refund. Keep up the fantastic work fellas!

Now this, THIS is going to be your best coffee in Newcastle. Youre never going to struggle to find a park because yknow, its outside a whole stadium. Even on game days, its the Knights so..therell be parks. The coffee is the tastiest in Newcastle, with a variety of different roasts available (also for home purchase). Cant get much better price wise either my fellow millennials. Their customer service is unrivalled, an extremely comfortable experience anytime dealing with the staff.
Wont have to wait long, easy to park, grab, go. Can also order ahead for extra ease.

Best Coffee in Newcastle! I get an Almond Cap and it's amazing! Staff are friendly, parking is easy, you get 50 cents off your coffee for your reusable cup and every 10th coffee is free! Do yourself a favour and get to Dark roast. I'm there every morning.

Adam and Trent have the best beans on the market . I drink lots of different coffee and hands down they make the most consistent cup and the best cup of coffee there is. I drive long distances daily to get my cup and it’s worth every cent . Good job guys .
