Great service from Carnegie Central Medical Clinic, whether it's in the regular clinic or in the temporary COVID clinic. Appointments are usually on time, service at the front desk is prompt and pleasant and they have a Dorovitch clinic as well.

Unprofessional. Rude receptionist. My young son had a suspected broken hand, I told them that and explained I needed a referral for an xray. Couldn't make it to scheduled time so I called up and asked if we could come in and see whoever is available, receptionist said that was fine. We get there and wait, the doctor comes out, comes to me and I explain the situation saying I just need a referral for an xray as we think he may have a broken hand, he refuses "I want to leave on time" was his excuse. The admin lady seriously need an attitude check, I mean if she is too impatient to even explain a simple procedure, maybe this job doesnt suit her. I totally understand during current difficult times everyone is generally not having a good mood, but its never okay for an admin to roll her eyes directly towards the patient. ( at least do that after Im gone )
