We are open 7 days a week from 8.30 am to 8 pm from Monday to Friday and from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

He has worked in a range of settings including EAP (employee assistant programs), universities, TAFE and rehabilitation. The area Ian works with includes stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, transition and health issues. He uses CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) as well as utilising relaxation and mindfulness in his work.

If you have travelled overseas, or have developed flu like symptoms, do not come into the centre. Call us instead on 03 9572 3699. If you feel you need longer and have few issues to discuss, please make a double appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment with the doctor or allied health practitioner may incur a fee.
