Avoid at all costs. Not only did they completely botch our job from the start with incompetent work, and despite not being able to achieve a result better than we had already been offered ourselves and then having to pass it onto their partner legal firm, they still demanded their full commission. We had to not only start again with the lawyers and explain everything once again because NCS had given them the wrong information which led to an incorrect claim being lodged (which nobody bothered to show us either). This not only resulted in lost time and extra cost, we subsequently found that the
