Not suitable for a small business or small order. You don't get the service if you are not spending lots of money. I had to re-send my quote multiple times and chase on the phone, when I finally received it back I was double charged for set up costs and also wrong items and colours. I have replied back to the email about the quote (twice) and still not received a reply or amended quote.
Whilst my initial request didn't have all the info they needed, I would expect an email back at the least asking for the right info not for them to admit they had deleted it. If it was a $20k order it wouldn't
