Recently had my tinnie serviced but then had problem starting the engine. I called and was told bring it straight back in. Of course the engine started first time but the the guys explained how sometimes water gets in the tank, then they spent time explaining I had the shallow drive on and also how to adjust the engine tilt to balance the boat, all without a charge! Very friendly and extremely helpful.
