The owner of this recruitment agency is appalling and she was very proud to flaunt that. She freely accused my partner of theft from Ecolab without investigation. You would think that the disability that my partner disclosed with this agency and Ecolab would explain the error made when in actuality Ecolab failed to provide the requirements to him as their employee which resulted in an unfair dismissal. You can guarantee her inflated ego will instigate a back and forth argument with personal attacks to show her 'superiority' rather than her apparent skills in customer service and management.
