Services
Physiotherapy
Robina Physiotherapy offers comprehensive physiotherapy for musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Our postgraduate-trained physiotherapists use manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise programs to restore mobility and reduce pain. Patients benefit from individualised treatment plans focused on accelerating recovery and preventing future injuries through evidence-based practices.
Spinal Therapy
Specialised spinal therapy addresses neck and back pain using manual techniques, joint mobilisation, and core stability exercises. Our physiotherapists assess posture and movement patterns to identify root causes of spinal dysfunction. Treatment combines soft tissue therapy, spinal manipulation, and real-time ultrasound-guided retraining to improve alignment and strengthen supporting muscles for long-term relief.
Sports Physio
Sports physio services cater to athletes at all levels, managing acute injuries, chronic overuse conditions, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. We offer running assessments, bike fitting, and sport-specific conditioning programs. Our physiotherapists collaborate with coaches to ensure safe recovery while optimising athletic performance through biomechanical analysis and targeted strengthening.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets myofascial trigger points to alleviate muscle pain and improve function. This technique effectively treats conditions like fibromyalgia, tendinopathies, and chronic pain syndromes. Our physiotherapists integrate dry needling with exercise therapy and postural correction to address both symptoms and underlying muscular imbalances for lasting results.
TMJ Physio
TMJ physiotherapy addresses temporomandibular joint disorders through manual therapy, jaw exercises, and postural re-education. We assess cervical spine alignment and breathing patterns contributing to jaw dysfunction. Treatment includes soft tissue release, joint mobilisation, and collaboration with dentists to manage conditions like bruxism and temporomandibular joint pain effectively.

Been seeing Aaron for a couple years now and he has really improved my back and shoulder pain. After pain for 10+ years and multiple surgeries I thought it would never get better but the improvement has been amazing. Definitely recommend Aaron and the team for any injuries or pain issues.

Been going here for at least 5 years when Aaron was referred to me by my GP. He has dealt with my constant nerve issues and injuries through sports and exercise. I can honestly say Aaron has helped me manage my pain through the years in a way that no one else could have. Absolute legend of a bloke and I can confidently say he is not just my physio but a mate. Cannot recommend Robina Physio enough. Thanks mate!

I have found Aaron to be extremely knowledgeable. He has encouraged me to continue with revised fitness regime when faced with injury. This has been extremely beneficial to my well-being. My whole family have visited Aaron over the last few years and we would recommend him to anyone needing a physio. His ability to utilise acupuncture has also enhanced our recovery.
