Lou showed great interpersonal skills, made us feel welcomed and like a valued customer in comparison to some of the younger bar staff who rolled their eyes. She cleared out table in a timely manner and was exceptionally friendly making our time at the New Market very enjoyable!

The waitress was rude when we asked her for pepper and salt. She said it’s inside. We were sitting outside. I think she should have said “I will get it for you”.
