From the initial quote to completion of the job Daniel at ideal Bathrooms was amazing. We had 4 companies quote to regrout and seal two showers. The work done replacing the grout and seating the shower was good, however I was not informed they would be using a Stanley knife to remove the old silicone around the shower screen. As a result the shower screen edges have sustained a significant amount of damage. They offered to paint the chrome (with the new silicone in place), that will be a great finish NOT. They also tried to say the damage was there before which it definitely was not. I am now looking at an additional cost to replace part of the shower frame. Make sure you get all the facts on how they are going to do the job before you
