Shirodhara
A 90-minute treatment involving warm medicated oil poured over the forehead to calm the nervous system. Targets stress relief, improves sleep quality, and balances mental energy through continuous oil flow and grounding massage techniques.
Reiki Healing
Sessions lasting 30-90 minutes focus on clearing energy blockages to promote relaxation and emotional healing. Utilises universal life force energy to reduce pain, enhance well-being, and support the body's natural healing processes through gentle hand placements.
Nasya Treatment
A 60-minute procedure administering medicated oils through the nasal passages to address sinus issues and neurological imbalances. Combines herbal inhalation with facial massage to clear congestion and improve respiratory function.
Initial Consultation
