Welcome to The Music Industry School of Music where our philosophy is to "inspire, motivate and enrich your musical experience" through learning, performing opportunities with other musicians and the chance to record your own music in our fully equipped recording studio. We have several learning rooms, a rehearsal/practice room and a digital recording studio.
Our talented teachers are some of the best in the business, providing lessons in singing, songwriting, guitar, drums, piano, bass, woodwind, brass and strings. Our live sessions provide a unique opportunity for our students to work with other musicians at all skill levels giving them the chance to perform together, enhancing their skills and confidence.

The Music Industry is the dream of singer/songwriter Cheryl Beattie. After many years Cheryl's dream has finally become a reality and it's here on Melbourne's beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Cheryl spent 10 years in New York and London singing and writing songs with some of the best in the business, including Steinberg and Kelly who wrote songs for Whitney and Madonna.

THE SCHOOL IS OPEN 2pm to 8pm Monday through to Friday and 10am - 3pm on Saturday or by appointment. The Music Industry is located in the heart of Rosebud, on the corner of Nepean Highway and Boneo Road. The Music Industry is only a short drive from most places on the Mornington Peninsula. Only 30-35 minutes from Frankston directly down Peninsula Link, 20 minutes from Mornington and 20 minutes from Portsea and Sorrento.

We have seven music rooms for tuition, a rehearsal room, recording studio, plus a comfortable waiting room for parents with tea and coffee facilities.

We are pleased to announce our redesigned and upgraded recording studio which has been subject to months of painstaking work to make our recordings the best out there. Completely stripped back and re-built; our studio is now acoustically treated additions to our equipment and treated rooms for band recording.
