Dropped in today after being told over the phone that what I wanted was in stock got there to be told they had the stock but would not sell it to me at agreed price or quantity . Price gouging incompetence and buck passing.

Terrible customer service. I needed a spare part for my cartridge pool filter just after Christmas and was advised by my local pool shop that Sigma would be the best place to get it fast. So went to Sigma on Balcatta road and was advised by the sales person that he would order the part and it would arrive in a few days. Heard nothing from them after 3 days so called to discover the part hadn't even been ordered. Now the part was being ordered on the Wednesday and should be with me by the following week as it was coming from the eastern states. Again had heard nothing from them the following Friday
