With extensive on-site comprehensive health services including pharmacy, pathology, Mater Health specialist staff and allied health. Access to our practice from Orion Springfield and the Springfield railway station along with plenty of off-street parking makes patient access easy.

This practice offers consultation by appointment, however, we do have a number of walk-in appointments available from time to time, but this cannot be guaranteed on busy days. Our staff will endeavour to try and accommodate your individual needs. This practice is a mixed billing practice. We bulk bill DVA Gold Card Holders, Aged pensioners, Full-time high school students (ID must be shown) and children 15 years and under.
After Hours

Brookwater General Practice provides after-hours care through an arrangement with National Home Doctors Service. This service is available in the Brookwater, Springfield and Ipswich areas. If you require hospitalisation, our nearest Emergency Department is Ipswich General Hospital located at Chelmsford Avenue, Ipswich.
Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions may be obtained via phone request if you have seen your doctor at our practice within the last six months for that particular script. Script requests can take 24-48 business hours from the time of request. If your prescriptions request is of an urgent matter, an appointment with your preferred GP is recommended.
Patient Results

It is the responsibility of each patient of this practice to call the practice to find out the results of their test or procedure. Generally, blood tests will require a minimum of 3 days to process, however, specific information will be given by your doctor in relation to the average waiting time for results.
