First time they rendered my versaloc wall it did not take. Hard to say why but it may have been the cold weather. They researched the problem and returned, removed the old render and took extra steps to ensure adhesion. They worked for a week effectively doing my house for no profit. They were willing to stand by their work and ensure that I got what I paid for. This shows a lot of integrity in my view so I am happy to recommend them.
