I usually never write negative reviews but for this one I couldn't stop myself to write. My appointment was booked 4-5 days in advance to meet Mr. Kultar. I arrived right on time for my appointment. When I reached to the office, I saw Mr. Kultar was busy with other clients. I was told by the receptionist / lady that I have to wait as Mr. Kultar is "BUSY WITH AN EXISTING CLIENT, Do you have your tax documents, He will be filing your Taxes" without letting me know how long I have to wait. I showed her my tax document. I thought it would be 5-10 minutes or max 15 minutes waiting period. After 15 minutes
