Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a holistic, drug-free treatment approach focusing on musculoskeletal health. Our registered osteopaths use hands-on techniques to diagnose, treat, and prevent a wide range of conditions affecting joints, muscles, and connective tissues. By addressing biomechanical imbalances and improving structural integrity, we help reduce pain, enhance mobility, and promote natural healing processes in patients with acute injuries or chronic conditions.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets muscular trigger points to relieve pain and improve function. This evidence-based technique involves inserting fine needles into tight muscle bands to release tension, stimulate blood flow, and promote tissue healing. We use this modality to treat conditions like headaches, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal pain, often combining it with other manual therapies for enhanced effectiveness.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy delivers high-energy acoustic waves to treat chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This non-invasive treatment stimulates tissue regeneration and reduces pain in conditions like plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow. We use this technology to accelerate healing in stubborn injuries that haven't responded to conventional treatments, often achieving significant improvement in 5-10 sessions.
Remedial Massage
Our remedial massage therapy targets specific musculoskeletal issues through deep tissue techniques and trigger point therapy. This treatment improves circulation, reduces muscle tension, and enhances recovery from sports injuries or repetitive strain. Our qualified therapists tailor each session to address individual needs, incorporating stretching and mobility work to improve long-term outcomes.
Compression Therapy
Compression therapy utilises dynamic air pressure systems to enhance circulation and recovery. Our NormaTec compression suits target legs, hips, and arms to reduce swelling, alleviate muscle soreness, and improve lymphatic drainage. This treatment benefits athletes recovering from training, patients with circulatory issues, and those managing chronic conditions like lymphedema through non-invasive vascular support.

Ive been a patient of Dr Jackson Redfern for about a year now, and every time Ive been in to see him he is always professional, helpful and full of great advice. I always leave the whole body clinic feeling relief from my injury and looking forward to return. I have seen many different osteopaths, and Jackson is by far the best I have been treated by.

Ive been seeing Dr Jackson for several months now and we have gone from a 12 out of 10 for pain to a 6 . I am now able to do gentle Pilates and walk more than I could ! Dr Jackson is a total professional and cares about you and your mobility ! At times when Ive hobbled in for my appointments he has identified what was wrong and I walk out ! All the staff here are friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend Dr Jackson for his devotion to ongoing care and discussing forward health and mobility plans ! Since I met Dr Jackson my mobility has improved greatly !

I have been attending The Whole Body Clinic since February this year and it's had a good experience throughout the entire time. The receptionists are always very friendly and welcoming. The osteopath I have been seeing, Jackson Redfern, has helped me overcome and manage a complex long term sports injury.

After contacting the Whole Body Clinic, I was given an appointment the same day. I had the misfortune of being treated by Jackson Redfeather where he aggravated an existing injury (which he was aware of). I found him to be uncaring, inept and lacking emotional intelligence. The treatment he gave consisted of little more than supposedly testing my movement (which caused the injury), prescribing an unachievable exercise program and rubbing fisio cream on my lower back. I found one of the owners of the Whole Body Clinic's response to my concerns about the injury Jackson caused to me and his conduct

I hurt my back at work and flared up a bulged disc. My wife rang and Jackson at the whole body clinic stayed back after his day had already finished so I could see him. He worked his magic and I tell you he is magic because from not being able to breath properly from pain Unbearable walked out after my treatment and was able to walk virtually pain free, breathing was pain free. I have other spinal conditions that are not common and he knew all about them. I completely trust him. He is the only person I will let manipulate my spine. I 110% recommend him. The prices are very reasonable as well. Friendly
