Trying to buy a home in the current market has been daunting. A rapidly rising market during COVID has seen Brisbane median house prices sky rocket. Not the best time to be upsizing from an apartment to a house however young children grow fast so it was now or never. With all this in play I really needed confidence in getting finance once we found our family home. I wasnt getting any confidence from other lenders who kept moving the goal posts and creating hurdles every time we spoke. Matt and Heidi were fantastic. This was our first time buying a home in Australia and they were both so helpful, very available and made the whole thing super easy. They also recommended, only when asked, a conveyancer and building and pest organisation. Both recommendations were also wonderful. I trusted Matt, though very nervous about it all and my instincts served me well. Great team, great experience and aftercare too.
