Since its establishment in 1978, Southcoast Diving Supplies has continued to grow and offer the local and visiting divers on the south coast of Western Australia a unique underwater adventure. While remaining the oldest established regional professional dive stores in Western Australia and now in its third decade of operation, Southcoast Diving Supplies is well known for the care and service that we offer our customers from local, far and wide.
With two dive wrecks, including the HMAS Perth, and a host of island dive sites, there's a lot to see in Albany. Divers can expect to find a diverse range of sealife including, large docile blue groper, the shy & elusive sea dragons, playful seals, an abudance of colurful sponges and corals and other temperate water marine life.

We think Garry has probably been diving since he was knee-high to a grasshopper. He's been the running South Coast Diving Supplies for almost too long to remember. His wealth of experience and knowledge are second-to-none, which is a huge bonus for his students whether he's teaching novice divers, budding instructors, first aid or recreational skippers tickets.

Fish Study
Report
South Coast Diving Supplies has joined South Coast NRM and scientists from the University of Western Australia to help with an ongoing fish monitoring program. The study is gauging the number and size of local fish populations with the aim of helping sustainable management. To do this, volunteer divers jump in the water with a DOV (diver operated video) and take a video record of sections of reef (or 'transects').

In Albany, we are so spoilt for choice. There are two dive wrecks, island reefs and great shore dives.
Open Water - Beginner Level

We want you to be the best diver you can be so our SSI OPEN WATER DIVER course gives you a fun, safe and comprehensive start to a totally different experience! Most courses include four open water (ocean) dives but with us, you are guaranteed six open water dives because we want you to feel more confident and comfortable as a new diver.
