We recently came across some illegal works on our property and used the services of building surveyor Kevin Downey. From the first point of contact, he reassured us that he would turn our extremely stressful situation around and do whatever he could to help us. He was contactable anytime we needed to speak to him, he happily liaised with all parties involved on our behalf and went above and beyond to complete the certification package to issue to council. I have never come across any professional who was so approachable, friendly and hard working to achieve our goal. I would highly recommend the
