I called Glenn after he was recommended by a friend. He was friendly and listened to me describe the issue we had. He said hed call me back later in the day when he could work out a time to fit me in. To my surprise, he called later and said he could be here in less than 10 minutes. I was extremely grateful as Im sure at the end of a long day he would have preferred to go home.
