I received a poor service, as they took my case without properly studying it. Later gave only some general explanation of not being successful. All these were known to us and I explained the whole circumstances to them before. It was a complete waste of money for me. I will not recommended them to anyone.

They charged me money, and told me they could find the missing person according to the initial information, however after two months they said they could't find any information regarding this person, it's just one week after they confirmed they had located the person successfully!!!!!No explanation and no description of how did they work. So poor service.
