Admin girls are terrific, helpful, cheery and professional but always very busy. Dr. Nadira Anis is exceptional, knowledgeable, intuitive, to the point and over worked. The only negative I can express has to do with upper management. The clinic has great potential but I believe is somewhat mismanaged creating a negative experience for some.

In trying to do the right thing and getting tested after coming back from our holiday from NSW, we were turned away from being tested and told to get tested once we got into Melbourne. After calling 7 times with no answer, I walked in to check on whether we would be able to get tested only to be told no. If you answered your phone maybe people wouldnt have to wait around to find out that information. Dont know how this place operates if no one ever picks up the phone

Had an injury that needed immediate care. Was treated well, with speed and efficiency. They also provided on going care for nearly a month.

I had an awful experience and I will never return. The doctor wanted to charge me in full for a consult when the consult lasted barely 2mins in which they told me I couldnt be tested (routine test) on a Friday afternoon and they dont have the facilities - goodbye. East Gippsland is in recovery after a tense summer and to be treated as means of profit has left me outraged and hoping this does not happen to the more vulnerable. The receptionist was very nice and helpful in comparison. I have had maybe one positive experience with a doctor there and the rest have upset me. I will never return
