Every single moment of my life has led me to where I am today. My personal journey has brought me here and will take me to wherever I need to go. I believe that everyone has the right and the chance to heal themselves (physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually) and to move forward in life leaving behind the things holding them back.

Hypnotherapy is simply a state of trance where we can explore your memories and beliefs on a deep level and can start the healing process in a very safe and supported way. All your memories are stored within you and they form your belief system, which is a large part of who you are today. Together, we can uncover whatever is holding you back in life.

Reiki is a gentle, effective energy healing method where all of you will be treated, not just the symptoms that you present with. My role is simply as a conductor for the healing energy of the universe to flow through me to you. Together we will restore your balance and harmony in a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual way.

HeartEnergetix is a holistic type of hypnotherapy that blends consciousness, hypnotherapy, and energy. While being in trance we are able to travel back on your timeline and forgotten memories to find the core of what is holding you back. The energy of what you are feeling is able to guide us to where we need to go.
