This business is badly named. My mother is a nursing home patient of this pharmacy. Almost every month there is a problem with the account & the dispensary staff do not know that DVA patients are able to access a wider range of medication. If they do know they won't bother to ask the patients doctor for authorities for these items until prompted by myself ( a retired pharmacist).
When Mum entered the nursing home I had to fill out a 3 page form & most of the information on this was ignored. There is never an apology given, just a brusque "I'll put thru a credit. Very poor customer relations. Lois
