Our region is known as the Upper Yarra Valley. It's where you will find the start of the Yarra River as it makes its way down from the mountains with small towns nestled on its banks. Mount Donna Buang dominates the skyline, overlooking our little town called Yarra Junction. Bulong Estate is a 120 acre property and is located just outside the township.
We live on the property at the top of the hill, overlooking the vineyard and out to the spectacular mountain views. Matt manages the vineyard and makes the wine and I (Monica) manage the venue. We have two school aged children and two big dogs. We love our Yarra Valley lifestyle. Plenty of space and fresh air.

If you're thinking of getting married at a Yarra Valley winery, with a staggering view - you're going to want to admire that view all day long. And we have so much space outside for you to use however you want - from the lawn, to our elevated deck, with or without a marquee - and all with a view of vines and mountains, remember, we're on 120 acres!

There are so many positives to having a smaller wedding. And if you're looking to have your small wedding at a winery, where you can have your entire wedding day - ceremony, photos and reception - all in the one place, you've found it. Bulong Estate seats 40 - 60 guests - beautifully. It's designed for that number.

Our minimum is $15 per person for a non-alcoholic drinks package, so we can serve your guests unlimited juice, soft drink, sparkling mineral water, tea and coffee and then you can settle your bar tab at the end of the evening. Then again, if you think your guests are going to be big drinkers, you would be better off choosing one of our all inclusive drinks packages.

Are you planning a birthday party, engagement, anniversary, a special celebration or company event? Would love exclusive use of a stunning vineyard with decks, lawns and incredible views? Our Yarra Valley location, just an hour from Melbourne is perfect for smaller groups; we can do seated functions inside for up to 60 people or 70 stand up, and for larger numbers, a marquee or two on our deck works beautifully.

We open to the public in Summer on selected dates, with live bands, food trucks and we serve beer, cider and of course our own wines for tastings and sales. For details on our open days follow us on Facebook or join our newsletter.
